There's much to see here — take your time, look around, and learn what you need to know before your showroom visit. Have a question that isn't answered below? Give us a call.
Do you have a showroom?
Most definitely. Our showroom is filled with samples from Cambria, Pental, Cosentino, Cosmos, Daltile, MSI, hardware for cabinets, sinks, and more — a genuine one-stop shop for our clients. Showroom hours are Monday–Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 10am–3pm. See the Contact Us page for details.
What is the process for designing a new kitchen?
It starts with an initial consultation to discuss your design preferences and budget. From there, we create a 3D rendering of your new kitchen design and work with you through any necessary revisions.
What is the average cost of a kitchen remodel?
Cost varies depending on the scope of the project. We'll provide a detailed estimate and work with you to stay within your budget.
Can I use the cabinets outdoors?
No — our cabinets are not for outdoor use. See our Outdoor & Garage line for cabinetry built to handle the elements.
What are your cabinets made of?
We carry several cabinet brands constructed of the highest industry-grade wood and hardware. The main difference between lines is the cabinet box material — some are plywood, some industry-grade engineered wood.
What is the difference between framed and frameless cabinetry?
The only difference is the box construction. Structural quality and durability are equal between the two — they simply offer two very different distinct looks.
Can I buy just a separate part of the cabinet?
We can order replacement doors if there's damage to a door or drawer front, but we do not order separate doors to replace full kitchens. We don't sell faucets, but we do sell cabinet hardware.
Can I buy replacement parts?
Yes — please allow 3–4 weeks for shipping.
Can I buy the cabinets unassembled?
Yes. Our cabinets are RTA (ready to assemble). For your convenience we also offer assembly and installation, purchased separately or as a package.
What countertops are you selling?
Quartz, granite, quartzite, and Dekton. See the Countertops page for details on each.
How do I take care of my countertops?
Quartz and granite can both be cleaned easily with mild soap, water, and a soft cloth or paper towel — rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleansers, harsh scouring pads, or anything containing bleach. Granite should be sealed regularly (we don't provide this service, but most of our granite comes pre-sealed for 15 years — ask your salesperson for details).
Can I put hot items on my quartz countertops?
Quartz is heat resistant, but extra caution should still be taken — use coasters, hot pads, and trivets to protect against heat damage from prolonged exposure.
How can I make measurements myself?
See our Measure Your Space guide for tips and tools.
Do you provide on-site consultation?
Yes, if you're purchasing cabinets or countertops through us. We come to you, take your unique space into consideration, and provide a design based on your needs.
Can someone come to my home to take measurements?
Yes — please call our showroom to schedule a time that works for you.
How long does it take to get a design once I submit my request?
Our goal is 5–7 business days from the time our designer has all the information required to start. Once submitted, we'll contact you and schedule an in-house appointment where you'll see your design in 3D and review all cabinet functions, colors, and styles.
Can I make changes to my design once the order is placed?
Yes, but we don't recommend it. We spend significant time before an order is placed making sure everything is to your liking. Changes after the final design is signed can cause backorders and installation delays, and may result in additional labor or material costs, which the customer agrees to pay upon billing.
Do I need an appointment for the showroom?
No appointment needed just to browse samples. If you want someone to sit down and design a kitchen, bathroom, or closet with you, we do require an appointment so we can give you our undivided attention.
Can I purchase over the phone?
To protect our customers' data, orders may only be submitted at our showroom.
Do you offer special pricing for builders/contractors?
Yes — contractors qualify after purchasing one or more kitchens through us, and must submit a valid, active Reseller's Permit by email or in person.
How much do I have to pay ahead?
A 75% deposit is due when signing the quote, with the remaining balance due by check or card on file at installation completion. Note: for orders that are picked up or delivered without installation by our company, a 100% deposit is required at time of order.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — ask your salesperson or call us for details.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Yes, once it's paid in full. Stop by the showroom first to settle any remaining balance, then bring your paid-in-full invoice to the warehouse to pick up.
Can I adjust or choose my delivery date?
Delivery dates are set in the order received and can't be moved earlier, only pushed later. Keep in mind that moving delivery later also pushes back cabinet and countertop installation — plan around holidays and events accordingly.
How long does it take from ordering to delivery?
Delivery time depends on the products purchased, stock availability, and final destination. We'll give you a specific date at the time of purchase.
Do you provide demolition to prepare the kitchen before installation?
We do not move appliances or take responsibility for disconnecting water, gas, or electrical lines, though we may assist with removal of old countertops. The customer takes full responsibility for appliances, flooring, cabinets, and walls during that process.
How long does it take to install new cabinets?
Roughly 1–2 days depending on project size. Once cabinets are installed, our templater returns the next day to take laser measurements for your countertops.
How long does it take to install a new countertop?
Every job is different — some take a few hours, similar jobs can take 8 hours or require a return trip. We don't set precise arrival times since project length varies, but we call ahead with our best estimate.
What prep do I need to do before cabinet installation?
For new construction: no screws or nails sticking out of the floor, appliances and plants moved out of the way. For a remodel: old cabinets removed, floor leveled, all utility rough-ins complete, and appliances out of the room. Cabinets are delivered a day before installation, so clear a nearby storage space.
What prep do I need to do before countertop installation?
If we're not removing your old countertops, you're responsible for removing them and any tile before we laser-template — we won't template over existing countertops. Once templated, clear the top drawers of base cabinets and make sure the sink area and plumbing are ready.
What is your return policy?
Canceling the contract incurs a 30% restocking/cancellation fee on total material costs. If materials have already been delivered, the delivery fee is non-refundable and an additional pick-up fee applies. No refunds are issued once cabinet handles/knobs are installed, or once countertop cutting/carving has begun. Ask your salesperson for precise details.
