Most definitely! We have a large showroom. Our showroom is filled with samples from Cambria, Pental, Cosentino, Cosmos, Daltile, MSI, hardware for cabinets, sinks, and so much more. American Dream Kitchen Design has worked hard to create a "OneStop Shop" for our clients.
Our showroom hours are Mon - Friday 9-5 and Saturday 10-3.
Please see the CONTACT US page for details.
Our process for designing a new kitchen starts with an initial consultation to discuss your design preferences and budget. From there, we will create a 3D rendering of your new kitchen design and work with you to make any necessary revisions.
The cost of a kitchen remodel varies depending on the scope of the project. American Dream Kitchen Design will provide you with a detailed estimate and work with you to stay within your budget.
No. Our cabinets are not for outdoor use.
At American Dream Kitchen Design we carry several types of cabinet brands that are constructed of the highest industry grade wood and hardware. The main difference you will find is the material of the cabinet box. Some are made of plywood, some the industry-grade wood.
The only difference between framed and frameless cabinets is the box construction. The structural quality and durability between the two types of construction are equal, you simply have two very different construction methods that offer two different distinct looks.
In regards to cabinets, we can order doors if there is a sign of damage on the door or drawer front. We do not order separate doors to replace full kitchens.
We do not sell faucets.
We do sell hardware for cabinets.
Yes, please allow 3-4 weeks for shipping.
Yes! Our cabinets are RTA (ready to assemble) For your convenience we offer assembly and installation. Each service can be purchased separately or in a package.
We sell Quartz, Granite, Quartzite, and Dekton. Please see more details here: COUNTERTOPS
Quartz Countertops - Quartz can be cleaned easily with a mild soap, water, and a soft cloth or paper towel, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Abrasive cleansers or harsh scouring pads and cleansers that contain bleach (clorox) should not be used with quartz.
Granite Countertops - can be cleaned easily with a mild soap, water and a soft cloth or paper towel, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Abrasive cleansers or harsh scouring pads and cleansers that contain bleach (clorox) should not be used with granite. Make sure to rinse your cleaner off of the surface to not build up overtime.
It is important to seal your granite regularly. American Dream Kitchen Design does not provide this service*
The majority of granite we sell comes with an option to be PRE-SEALED for 15 years. Ask your salesperson for more information on this.
Quartz kitchen countertops are heat resistant. However, extra caution should be taken as the countertops can get damaged from exposure to excess heat. Ensure you use heat protectors such as coasters, hot pads, and trivets to protect the countertops from heat damage.
See the GUIDE on our website.

Yes, please call our showroom to schedule a time that works for you.
Our goal is 5-7 business days from the time our designer has ALL the information required to start the project. Once a design is submitted, we will contact you and schedule an "in-house" appointment. At this time, you will be able to see your design in 3D, go over all cabinet and their functions, and consider all colors and styles of cabinets.
Yes, but we do not recommend it. Before an order is placed, we spend an extensive amount of time making sure everything is to the customer’s liking. Once the final design is submitted and signed by the customer we will begin ordering. Making changes to orders that have been placed can create backorders, and delays in installation. Of course, here at American Dream Kitchen Design we want our customers to be happy with our product and will accommodate these things as they occur.
Please keep in mind that any changes which are to be made to the agreed-upon plans and specifications may result in additional costs for labor or materials or both. According to our regulations, the customer agrees to pay such additional costs upon presentation of billing by American Dream Kitchen Design. All prices that are based on plans or measurements provided by the customer are subject to increase in the event of any inaccuracies therein.
If you are wanting to come in to look at our samples, then no, you don’t need to make an appointment. If you are wanting someone to sit down with you and design a kitchen, bathroom, closet, etc. we do require an appointment for this. The reason is, that we want you to have our undivided attention!
To protect our customers’ data, orders may only be submitted at our showroom.

If a problem comes up, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve it in a timely and satisfactory manner. Should you at any time have a problem with the way we have handled your job, please let us know. All of us are working hard to satisfy you and all of our customers. Please let us know how we are doing when your project has been completed.
Please note:
American Dream Kitchen Design has recently updated the payment policy for all jobs that are not installed by our company. At the time of order, customers must pay a 100% deposit for all orders that are either picked up or delivered. Failure to pay will cause the order not to be processed. Thank you for understanding.
At this moment we do not!
Yes, before picking up your order it must be paid in full! Stop by the showroom first to pay if there is a remaining balance and then head to the warehouse. You must bring a PAID IN FULL invoice to the warehouse to warrant pick up.
Delivery dates are set in the order they are received. Delivery cannot be set earlier than the time offered by the scheduler. We can push the delivery date out further. Keep in mind, that if you move your delivery date further, that means your installation of cabinets will be at a later date, which means your countertops will also be installed at a later date. Please plan to host the delivery considering Holidays, events, birthday parties, and your guests arriving.
Delivery times depend on the products purchased, stock availability, and their final destination. At the time of each purchase, we will provide you with a more specific date pertaining to your order.
We do not move appliances. American Dream Kitchen Design cannot take the responsibility for moving appliances in the kitchen, from garages or storage buildings, for the disconnection of water, gas, or electrical lines. We may assist in these tasks during the removal of old tops, but with the understanding that the customer takes full responsibility for the appliances, flooring, cabinets, walls, mirrors, or anything related resulting from the moving, transportation, or removal of the appliance.
Cabinet Installation takes approximately 1-2 days depending on the size of the project. Our main goal is to create a beautiful space! Once cabinets are installed, the next day our templater will go in and take a laser measurement for your countertops. Please make sure the area where we will be working is clear and nothing is blocking the way for our installers.
Every job is different and presents its own set of challenges. While one job may take a few hours, a similar job may take 8 hours, or require a return trip. It’s more important to us that we do the job right as opposed to doing the job quickly.
Since we don’t know how long a project will take, we don’t have set times when our template specialist or installer will arrive at a job site. Therefore, we need you to keep the day of template/install open. We will try to call ahead to give you our best estimated time of arrival, but we cannot be precise. Please rest assured that we are doing our best to get there as quickly as possible.
If this is a new building, make sure there are no screws or nails sticking out of the floors, and appliances are moved out of the way along with any plants or glass. Since cabinets are large and bulky, we do not want to scratch or damage any of your items.
If this is a remodel, please make sure your old cabinets are removed and out of the space. The floor is leveled. All your kitchen’s utilities need completed rough-ins.
All appliances are out of the room where the installation will be happening. If you choose an apron sink, it needs to be onsite, we will install the sink during cabinet installation.
Your cabinets will be delivered a day before your installation, please clear out a space in close proximity to the area of installation for storage.
For more detailed instructions feel free to contact our showroom.
If we are not removing your old ones, the customer is responsible to remove the old countertops and tile BEFORE American Dream Kitchen Design comes out to laser template. We will not template on existing countertops.
Once the template is done, please make sure that the top drawers of the base cabinets are empty, the sink area is clean and the plumbing is correct.
Since our delivery team will be bringing a countertop in large pieces of heavy stone, to eliminate any accidents and drops of the piece, the area must be completely clear. This will prevent damage to your property and your new counter but also to our installers.
While canceling the contract, the customer agrees to pay a 30% (of total material costs) restocking/ cancellation fee. If materials have already been delivered, the delivery fee will not be refunded and an additional fee will be charged for pick-up. For cabinets, no refunds will be issued once the handles, knobs, or cabinets are installed. For countertops, no refunds will be issued once cutting/ carving has begun. Please ask your salesperson for more precise information on this.
